I canceled a return flight that was booked through BudgetAir.com and was approved for a refund in November which should only take 4-6weeks for the refund. But after continued and several follow ups with them, they now refused to refund me and kept referring me to contact the airlines for the refund. Just as the same, I have reached out to the airlines multiple times to get a refund, but they do not have a record of the booking nunber from BudgetAir. And was referred back to BudgetAir for the refund. We’ve been going in circles and no one is willing to help. This is really frustrating.
