Dear Sir,/madam
I had taken a loan from buddy cash, I return it back In 2 installment but the Team Leader who is working there and. The whole staff should be hanged until death, they are not having good talking communication skills. All over India whoever there are branches like west bangal, Karnataka these branches branches should be closed immediately they give loan but they charge double I have taken the loan from buddy cash while returning back the loan the team leader give msg to me that u have to pay the loan in full amount but while talking. On the phone he used bad words to my mother, and yesterday he used bad word, they are lothhing the customer, even though I heard the voice with my own ears other staff who is sitting beside him he also used same word for the customer. I have already registered a FIR and forward to crime branch Mumbai Delhi against these company. I don’t want any excuses any sorries regarding this company staff member they must be hanged up immediately as soon as possible. All agents brokers are using this small company app like budy cash, time credit, and many more, if u dont take any action about this loan company I will apill a case in Supreme Court and tell them to shut down this loan app facilities as soon as possible
