I’m Milan Mandal, I took a from Buddy Cash loan application, Product Name- Tate Loan.
Loan Amount – 11000 rupees
Product Id -202209081036
20 September 2022 was my loan end date. In the morning Buddy Company recovery agent asked me to repay my loan at first I go through the Buddy Cash application for the payment 3852 for rollover, but application server down that’s why his agent asked me for the payment via a sms in WhatsApp and sending details to payment me after payment they asking more 7148 rupees for the payment. I paid it. After payment my loan not closed. 21 September 2022 one more agent asked me for the payment I told him all the matter and he asked me for the payment 1400 rupees for the time for investigation. After 1400 rupees payment he told me for the rollover payment 3852 rupees and told me my loan will close and I will refund my 1400/3852 rupees. But Today morning (27 September 2022) his company agent is asking me for the payment. Please help me sir
