Text of Complaint by Anil Pajni:

I purchased an Acer laptop from Croma with a two + two warranty – first two years from Acer and balance two from onsitego which was sold by Croma.

In 2021 – I noticed bubbles on the back panel and Acer replaced the panel.

The same bubbles reappeared on the back panel and I took it to Croma for lodging a complaint. Onsitego refused to entertain the complaint stating “ hinges are damaged “ and hence will not be covered under extended warranty.

My argument is what is the relationship between hinges and bubbles on the back panel for which they have no answer and refused to entertain the complaint.

It’s like saying the tyres of a car are worn out and hence the paint is not covered under warranty.

This is the second time onsitego has done this – once with my Sony TV and now with the laptop.

There is absolutely no one willing to listen to you and I think we need a resolution to check these fraudulent companies who only collect money buy selling extended warranty with the intention of dishonouring.
