Hi Team,
Please find the attached email. I have raised the complaint in 2021, after several time intimation also BSNLDamanjodi JTO Routaray has not taken action for the disconnection of BSNL account. He continuously ignoring my call and whatsapp message. Though i have given hand to hand application him on Oct 2021, but he has not taken any action on time. Now I am getting mail as below.
“This is to inform you that an amount of Rs. 1784/- is unpaid against your Telephone No. 06853-295590 and Billing Account No. 8008308333. As your number has been shortlisted for settlement at National Lok Adalat scheduled on 09-Mar-2024, as a goodwill gesture, BSNL is pleased to offer a discount of 25% on above outstanding amount. Total payable amount after discount is Rs 1338/-. You may avail the offer by 29-Feb-2024.
Once offered outstanding amount is paid, your account shall be settled permanently.”
My question here is why I will pay Rs. 1338/-. I have already informed this on Oct 2021 before next cycle started, If Mr. Routaray JTO has not taken action on time that is not my fault. Kindly make the settlement & Make is Rs. 0. Also I need the confirmation on the below from BSNL. If I am not getting any reply from your end in next 24hour then I will take further action to highlight this in social media.
