I have surrenderred by connection since last year 2019. But still not received the security amount cheque. In the BSNL office no one assist for solution. Kindly resolve this!!

I have recharged for 147 before few days .
My money has been debited from my account but recharge is not done.. number is not in use for few months .. how can I get my money back?
