Respected Authority, I am writing this complaint to BSNL Maharashtra Pune.I have been trying to port my Airtel Sim To BSNL here in Pune Kothrud Area. I approched BSNL centers and asked them for required documents to port.They all are forcing Adhaar card and Pan card details.But Government ,TRAI and even SC have stated that Adhaar, Pan are not mandatory .Customer can provide other documents like Driving licence, electricity bill etc for proof of identity.But these BSNL people dont budge and follow their own rules.I approached Bhusari colony and Kothrud And Nalstop centers of BSNL since last 3 months .I even wrote mails to diffrent email ID of BSNL.Nothing has happened. No one cares about customer .No one is willing to do MNP without Adhaar or Pan card.Please ask them to rectify their policy and allow other document as soon as possible.Thank You
