Dear Sir / Madam

I tried to recharge my BSNL numbers (8122422507) for Rs.397/- and Rs.197/- and (8148779411) for Rs. 107/- on various days through Paytm but the payment was unsuccessful but the amounts are debited from my credit cards but still those are all not refunded.
