I tried to Port my BSNL to other network. I am not receiving any port message for that. Instead i am receiving this message “upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations”. I have recharged for 107, 153 and 147 and 10 all at the same time to get the porting message. But only my amount got wasted. Kindly help to resolve this issue.
