Respected Sir/Madam,
From 22nd Jan 2021. I was trying to get PORT code from BSNL, for this I had sent message to 1900 PORT 9837211131 in response of this, I got message Cancellation message mentioning. “UPC cannot be generated for the reasons:1) There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.
I called to customer care many times & ask for PORT code they told me that you would get code after 4hrs, but no action & response at all.
