Text of Complaint by Joseph Chandy:

Dear sir,
I used your merchant desk for recharging my BSNL prepaid mobile. I recharged for Rs.106/- plan voucher of BSNL by net banking. Then by mistake rs 103/- was paid. Then i got the message ” recharge amount mismatched and recharge failed.” Then I sent Rs.03/- to complete the amount. That time also the above message I got. In both case, I got the message, the transactions were successful and money debited from my account.
I complained to bank and they directed to contcact the merchant desk, because transcation was sucessful. Please look into this matter and refund the amount to my account as early as possible.
