Sir I am old customer customer from so many years of Bsnl broadband connection. From about 4 to 5 months i am complaining to BSNL OFFICE that its not working at all. It has stop and not giving proper connectivity. But no response from Tq Manrupir office Washim district. So I tried telling my problem to head office Akola. The worst response from Akola office. I have paid my bills regularly but still i am getting bills so i cut my connection permanently. And fill form for bsnl Giga fiber. But no response for my application and new connection. No one interested in my problems I am facing. I tried so many times for about 4-5 months. Please help me sir. Very bad service from bsnl
