Dear Sir I feel sorry to say that my electricity bill came for 16 thousand with consumption less when I went to office they refused to deal as saying everything is online due to pandemic corona I have two metre and a regular payer but this is shocking when I contacted them through BSES app complaint they said we cannot help in this matter my bill during lockdown was provisional and since March everymo nth double the original amt now I request proper inquiry and bill given as per unit consumption not provisional bill as we work hard to earn daily wages and cannot pay extra amt .
