Attention Mr Shaheen very senior cust care officer.
(He refused to give phone number of sr officials at Nehru place) he also refused for meter reading by BSES team.
Ref : your discussion on 2and July 2020 at cust care BSES number.
Your website not accepting meter reading submission by customers. It is very very complicated method made by software team . On every CA it says wrong id/ pw or number not available in bses data. Please stop withdraw all bills you have issued in the month of July 2020 and prepare fresh pills after you start metre reading by your own people to whom you are trusting.
Reason mr Shaheen Express his views that he and BSES they can not trust the customer therefore metre reading must be done by your own people is compulsory .
