BSES is forcing me to pay for 18kva, where as demand is only 7kva, they are saying because there was a increase demand from my house laat year in , july, august, october. following after these months it was 6-7KVa. I had already complaint against huge demand and excess meter reading last year. following that only my meter reading and kva came back to normal.
So know they are saying that I have to pay according to the bill and not listening my demand is only 7kva, so dont charge the surcharges,PPac, meter reading according to 18kva, which increased my bill from 17000-18000 to 32000. So I told them will only pay only if they correct the bill and resend it, because last year also they said that they will compensate me for last year, but once paid them no feedback came from them, and cannot fight after paying aa they are big company who has lawyer, whereas I am small person, who cannot afford those expensive lawyer.
