Text of Complaint by Neelam Sharma:

This is wrong billing issue for June 2020 by BSES Delhi. Still not resoved. I’ve following up since 18th June 2020 and get not resolution but mail after mail to assure me that my matter is going to resolve. Their customer support department is not picking up phone, no real reply of any of my mail. This is huge blunder done by them.

I tried to contact everyone but still waiting. Don’t know where to go and whom to ask.My bill increased by 300 % from usual bill.

They asked to send current reading which is still lower then they charged in actual bill

Reading on 15 June – 027369

Reading on 2 July – 027546

Reading on 12 July – 027588

As per  the actual bill the reading on which bill generated showed – 027639

 

Please help to resolve the same.
