This is a fake company and they never keep promises. I registered on their app for house help services on 10th December. I got a call and the representative promised that they have suitable profiles for the full time helper. They confirmed that they have multiple profiles and they have shortlisted some of the profiles suitable to my needs. I took the subscription from them for 12 months where they promised that they will provide the helper within 2-3 days. Finally after 4 days, they sent someone named Hema who started working. After working for 7 days, she vanished and her phone was switched off. I tried contacting company on What’s App as they had assigned and RM to me, even he didn’t reply for 2 days. After escalating on social media, they contacted me and promised that they will provide the new worker.. This promise was made on 26th December and the new worker was supposed to join from 27th. On 27th, no one turned up and when I tried contacting, again no one replied for 4 hours. After 4 hours, they said they have assigned the helper now and she will start reporting from 28th.. On 28th Dec, one worker came but refused to do more than 3 type of work, however my profile clearly states the 6-7 services I needed the helper for. She said she will contact the company and come next day. Again, no one contacted and turned up on 29th also. I am repeatedly sending emails to them and on every email there is a standard response I am getting. I want my subscription charges to be refunded as the constant follow up is mentally harrassing. I want the action to be taken against them as they make fake promises and become ghost after subscribing.
