Dear Niharika ,
Writing to u with respect to my grievances .
1.booked for a full time female help in September 2023 .however profile assigned was of a male …despite repeated attempts …Bhavna was nt reachable to talk ..when I finally managed to spk to her all that I was told that it takes time .
2. Finally out of sheer desperation I booked for two part time maids in Jan 24 who were supposed to be in by 11 Jan 24 .
And Wrongly directed to pay subscription fee by Mrs Bhavna .i was told that without paying subscription fee i cannot be assigned a profile which is in direct contravention to ur terms and conditions .
3. Wamique and later nikhil was assigned for cleaning maid services and Bhavna for cook .Bhavna s response was very callous as usual and despite telling her umpteen times that I am not allowed to carry phones inside my work area she would call up only during working hrs .I ve even tried calling her up as soon as I was out i.e before 7 o clock in the evening ..however her response was very poor .I was expected to only reply to msgs without seeking clarification for any doubts whatsoever .she however totally changed when I asked her for refund .I fact after that it was as if your executives suddenly would up from deep slumber .
4 . I ve been unnecessarily harassed both mentally and emotionally by Ms Bhavna …as I would keep on trying her no after coming out from office gate leading to both expending time and energy in non responsive calls .
5. Have written mails to ur support group and by the replies received it just appears that all that your firm wants is to put a blame on me ….without taking any onus for their shortcomings ..
After approaching all levels below i m finally approach ng you for redressal …
You are a support service provider and as a customer I could have been treated with some respect without being taken advantage of by misrepresenting facts.
I m not claiming compensation for the mental harassment which I ve been put through when I found out that ms Bhavna made me pay the subscription in a very wrong manner despite making an effort to trust your company again after my experience with sep 23 booking .
However I would request you to refund my payment on account of subscription charges as it was charged wrongly in advance and I would not like to continue after recieving such a shabby treatment from your firm .I’ve been doing cleaning and cooking myself since 15 sep 23 ….and with the promotion your company is doing , I expected better .
I do hope that I will given redressal and refund of rs
4482.22 and rs 6075.82 .
The screen shots are as attached above .it’s not that I’m voicing my complaints .my nightmare started in Jan itself when I started voicing my concerns .I think I’ve displayed enough patience with your staff for their total callous attitude .but now I m totally tired of dealing with your staff.
