We rented a 3BHK flat in My Haveli, UB society in sarangpur for 6 months and the broker deposited 16,000 as security amount. He never gave any electricity bill for 6 months and after we left the city he is not releasing our security on the pretext that we havent paid electricity bill. on asking him to provide bill for payment he keeps postponing.
