On saturday 13 of August my watch stopped turning on and taking charge. So, I registered complaint they said they will get back to me but never did it’s been a week since that incident still no response when I try to talk with customer care it tells me pls wait and then at 3 minute 10 seconds it tells me that pls hold while we connect you and at 3 minute 19 seconds just cuts the call abruptly. I have been trying but no progress is made.
