Hi ,
I had ordered online MI 3 wrist watch on smartgazes site which I had received on 16th Dec 2018 but when I opened the box I found that it was a broken product. I immediately called the delivery boy he asked me to call on Customer Care and since then till today 27 Dec 2018 I’ve called so many times on the number which is mentioned on portal however the number is continuously switched off . I had also sent several mails but did not receive a single reply.
Indirectly these fake site harassing people and I am one out of those. I’ve also registered one complaint on grahaksurakha site but not getting any help.
