The product sent to us and the packaging looked like someone sat or slept on it and the air fryer was broken. I have tweeted and even asked them the same day to send a replacement or refund till now nothing has happened. The product was ordered on 16th march and now it marks one month since I have been following up with Amazon but till now no comments. It’s like they slept with it. Also when the guy came to collect the broken item and collect the replacement he clearly said I wasn’t informed that the product was broken so I will neither deliver or pickup any product. I have scheduled almost 8 to 9 pickup requests but till now no response. It’s like they’re playing dead.
