There is intermittent to no Internet in my area(Kamanahalli) Artel supposedly raised a ticket one year back but states I have no open ticket. How can they close a ticket without the customers confirmation the issue is resolved. The customer support is pathetic with a bunch of employees cheating customers stating they are raising the concerns. I have message proofs which I cannot add from one year back stating the ticket is delayed as they need more time.
