I purchased a TV from the Noon mobile app, and after setting it up I realised that the screen is cracked in multiple places and therefore unable to show any image on the screen.
I filed a complaint to Noon and they have since blamed me for the incident. Insisting that this item was in good working condition before it was shipped to me.
I have attached images, and you can clearly see damage to the box in which this item was transported in. This item was not handled with care as you can see in the image below. The plastic is torn and a plastic strap is completely off, which shows that this item was mishandled.
Please can you assist in any way possible.
