Text of Complaint by Karthik Kumar:

On Prime day 21-22 July’24 I ordered a Kodak 43 inch TV and exchanged my old but good condition samsung 32 inch TV. On 22nd july the TV was delivered and was opened later by installation person during which it was found that the TV frame was broken and white screen test showed black spots on the TV. The same dya i placed a replacement request with Amazon for same TV which was confirmed by Amazon but till date I have not received the replacement TV. Om contacting amazon they refused replacement and pushing me for refund on amazon wallet/gift coupon and the amount will be sale day amount whereas the current TV prices is higher on non sale day. I have not got any resolution till date and im still having the broken TV with me from amazon
