My order No. 402-64866455-2337922 dated 03-Nov-2021 for Haus Alchemy LARGEV70L Laundry Basket with handles Hamper basket Bin for Rs. 1199 received on 7th Nov 2021 in broken condition. Return was placed on same day 7th Nov 2021. Neither return is picked nor refund received. Talked at customer care several times. Repeatedly assured for pickup and refund. But no action till today.
