In June only 5 complaints for internet connection issues last 3 on June 17th restored on 18th after many followup, again same issue on 24th June restored on 25th after many follow-ups and again on 27th June till now not solved. Even Airtel team have other address and their technical person have different address and that not belong to me. Many times Airtel executives told me that, there is outage but all my neighbours Airtel broadband connection working fine, then what kind of outage?
