We have taken the connection of brodband from airtel. But due to frequent disconnection we have launched the complain. Engineers came checked and went of after that there is no connection at all and no one came to rectify. We have asked for disconnection. And that informed us that they will pay our money by 45 days. We have not used the service for 5 days and for the money back we have to wait for 45 days…why…
