I got a text asking to me have broadband installed at my home and i complied, keyed in my details. In 2 hours, I get a call from some lady using number 7973039358, at 12:43 p:m. the lady checked and told me my area ain’t feasible on this area. I have been hearing this from airtel team for 5 years now. I told her how much do you guys expect customers to wait, to which she put whole blame on me and talked in a very very rude and unprofessional manner. Is this how to wish to win customers. my foot, i will never consider your unprofessional staff and inefficient services. Do rest in peace Airtel.
