Our broadband wire is broken since 3 days and we have been trying to file complaint since then but no action has been taken till now. We have tried to talk to the customer care many times but the problem is not resolved yet. Airtel’s customer care and action team is the worst that I have ever seen. They have closed my SOP of the complaint aswell without resolving the problem. I want the compensation of the loss that I have faced in these 3 days and want the problem to be resolved ASAP. Send the technical team ASAP
