I had raised a complaint of main line cut down from the pole to my broadband connection and they didn’t resolved it in given time after calling in customer care they are asking for just time and telling me to wait for our technician to contact you in four hour this is happening since 3 days and i told them that i need urgent requirement of my wifi but they didn’t responded they just simply changing their technician for assigning work. After talking to customer care they said they give surety to resolve within given time but they didn’t
