My self sai kishore from Hyderabad. Im a Airtel subscriber for more than 5years. since last one year im facing the broadband disconnection and every alternate month there is a complaint raised on this issue.
Last month Jan 25th raised a complaint on same issue, service engineer visited to my home and checked. He conformed that the problem is with wifi router is problem and same has to get replaced (same kind of router he is holding around 10nos which are defective on same form other customers).
In front of service engineer i called to call center and he conformed with complaint same that by 26th Jan 1700 Hrs my issue has to get resolve but it not happened and after that every day i called to customer care for followup but no one gave me proper response. Still my issue is un-resolved on 10th Feb 2019.
