This is in regards to the Airtel Black plan that was sold to me by giving me fake promises that i will have priority customer service for which i am paying almost Rs 2800 every month but i think i have been fooled enough by Airtel to understand that there isn’t any priority service that Airtel has ever given.
Just because i thought i would be getting better network and better services i ported out from Jio to Airtel but i was wrong that i made a wrong decision not out i hampered my work but also my time which was taken while making so many complaints since i got the connection and in last one week i called airtel 11 times and i didn’t get any solution and when i called to complain about it what they say is there is an uncertain outage so they can’t do anything and they give you TAT which is nothing just a way to stop the customers questions.
Since sunday my broadband stops i was being questionable for the loss of work and i can’t bare that somebody put on questions when its not even my fault.
This email is just to make you aware about the problems that Airtel customers are facing i am putting the cancelation request for the same and as soon as i will come out of six months time frame i will switch my numbers from Airtel to some other network who doesn’t give fake commitments and better services.
