I have been trying to shift my broadband from past 10 days just two streets away. Airtel customer care puts me on hold for 30 mins every time. Airtel says the calls are recorded for quality purposes but just check the quality they have provided me worst experience.
Every supervisor says I will arrange a call back from my manager but nothing. I connect to manager after being in call for 2 hrs and he himself says I will definitely call you in 2 hrs

Manager Mohit who assured a call back and dosent bother and disconnects the call half way.
Why should I pay my bill for the unavailed services?
If airtel has little bit of responsibility get my shifting work done and take up the responsibility of wasting so much of my time to connect to airtel.
Managers are not big shots they should be available to customers to solve issue but here we have to keep on waiting for call.
Every supervisor knows that they will not be connected to same customer again so they just try to hang up.
Atleast if airtel takes appropriate action and lets me know what has been done regarding manager I will be happy
