I filed my request with gtpl to shift my broadband band connection within Gujarat Refinery township from one quarter to another on March 25.2021. When I call back on March 29.2021 regarding my request they said we don’t have any request from your side. Then I filed new request vide complain no 79191 on March 29.2021 .Till today no shifting is been done. My child is facing serious issues while doing online classes . I am regularly doing calls but there is no response from their side. I have also paid shifting amount 560/- on April 6.2021 as per their call.. But still no action taken
