I have raised my Airtel broadband connection shifting to my new flat within the same city that to within 300 metres away from my old flat, I raised request on 24th Jan 2021 to shift connection on 26th Jan 2021, the SLA is of 24hours, but no one called me regarding shifting, I called customer centre, but didn’t receive any proper reply, what is the obstacle that is stopping them to setup modem on new flat, 5 times I have call to customer support but the same story ‘we have escalated and backend team will get back to me in 4hours’ but no one have called me.
Really frustrated with the service that Airtel is providing for broadband connection shifting.
