Text of Complaint by Vijayabharathi:

I have changed my plan from existing 399 to 599 plan which is having eligible to get STB connection. After one month still I did not receive the service of STB and there is no proper service & response from Jio team on concrete resolution. I have received new bill for 16th May with new plan but for which I have not received any service last month and also till now there is no clear communication from Jio on resolving this ticket,
