On 04/12/21 at 1pm our internet services had been down. We had contacted the airtel services. At 2pm one of the technical team members visted the site and found out that the wire had been cut down at junction box. He had told that within 2 hours this issue will be resolved. Its been 24 hrs no update from airtel. We had made several calls to the airtel executive office regarding the same. And i hear only one dialogue sorry for the inconveniences we will sort out ur issue. One of the regional manager number we had got. He is Mr Karthikeyan and on enquiring with him regarding this issue he rudely says after 2am in the night only we will solve the issue. Which technical team works after 9 pm ?
Today morning i.e. 5/12/21 we had called airtel customer care regarding this and they said within 1 hour issue will he resolved. After an hour we call back they say issue has been closed from our side. How can they close a complaint without even rectifying it ?
Due to covid everyone has been asked to do work from home. How am i supposed to work from home without internet services ? Who will bear all these loses, the mental harassment which airtel has made us go through. We want to file a case against airtel.
