My registered mobile number is 9686220260.

 

I requested a pause on my internet  service from 10th November via custome care. The executive barred my connection on the same day and i have been struggling since then to get my internet up and running. The customer care executive said he did it by mistake  and since then i have been  in call with multiple executives with no success. 2 technicians came and were unable to fix the problem. I am having a hard time here. Continuously calling  and infinitely waiting. When i requested to close the connection they simplify  said there will be no refund. I have paid 7000 for a 6 month plan. If i am not getting the service why should i pay ? Its already more than 62hours and i am really struggling here. Regret taking tatasky. I need immediate assistance.
