Hello,
I recently brought Airtel broadband connection for my home. The service person named Arul gave an open wiring Connection as he was not having the proper tools necessary to give a concealed connection. He said he’ll be back in 2 days and do the necessary requirements but it’s been more than 3 weeks and no response. I called him many times about this but there is no proper response.
Also, I directly went to Airtel office which is in Gandhi road, Salem and made a complaint about this. But the person there was about to canvass me for another plan and did not even take my complaint seriously.
Being one of the best network provider, I didn’t expect such a bad customer service from Airtel. It’s really frustrating. Is this how you’re going to make your network with zero complaints? I think the company itself will become zero if this kind of service prolongs.
