The following is the mails followed by several calls to call Center sent to Airtel but no proper respond and even still my money is not refunded.

Everyone in the team is involved in the scam as per my information.

Dear Mr Nitesh

Greetings of the day..!!

Thank you for the respond, and I would like to inform you that the payment was done on 07th May and it had been six days to process the refund itself, so another 7-8 working days what does it mean?

All put together 13 -14 days just for one refund wonderful.

If this is your company protocol I would says go to hell with it , what kind of the protocol is to just take money from customer without giving your product and just make them run behind you guys and even your team is so wonderful in response even till now no managers have called me I would like to know do you really have managers in your organisation?

Is Mr Vittal is seeing this mails? I expected a responsible Action not this. I feel entire company is involved in this scam.

I am giving this mail copy and even the transaction detail To the media and I will make sure I will create a awareness in the society and ask them not to pay any money until you guys give the product to the customers.

This is not the way to run the Buisness and people should have ethics in their work not like this.

Thank you and I need my money to be credited in my account by end of the day or else this mails will be posted everywhere in the review and even to the Twitter as well and tag all the Other network providers.

I was supposed to get a call back about my refund and no one had taken any interest of calling, but I Never expected such lethargic attitude from the team being in a customer service department.

If you have an access please cross check the number of calls which I have done to your call centre’s just to speak to your mangers not even a single person is responding and only thing which they did is putting the call on hold for 30min and disconnect.

For doing this I won’t think you need such big team to do it. I have spoken to Hyderabad team all the time as my calls were not able to get connected to Bangalore team.

I have spoke to following executives but no response from any of their managers till now and everyone had informed that I will receive a call within two hours Mr Robin , shirisha, Joseph , Shipra, Reetu, Jahan , shebaz, Sherly, Nazia, Riyaz but not even a single manager.

And there is a protocol of checking the feasibility and then collecting money for the connection it’s not the other way isn’t it.

Then where do I stand in fault to hold my money for one week?

Otherwise you pay for the connectivity which I am opting today or you get in touch with the team of Broadband and get it installed free of cost as my money is held by your company or else you may have to pay the interest for the same if it is as per your company policy only.

I need a responsible reply for the same or I may have post this mail in other source also which may not look good.

I had been Awaiting for your response for the trailing mail and i had been contacting your helpline number since morning not even single person has given a proper response about my money, every time I had been instructed that the manager will be called in two hours and not even a single person had called till now since morning 10:00hrs.

I would demand the Respond and a refund within a day at any cost, as your company never allowed me to pay post installation instead they said it will be done only if you pay, so on the same note I need the amount First then you search for the resolution, If not this conversation will be posted to media and the social media about the scam what Airtel team is up to and how I was cheated, and your caption doesn’t stand in India it’s just a eye washing job.
