I have applied for relocation within Chennai city of my broadband connection on 4th June 2020. Still now it has not been resolved. No engineer allotted so far. Each time I call 121, they say it will be resolved within one day. I didn’t expect such poor service from airtel. My friends are suggesting to go for ACT fiber. If I don’t get any response within 24 hrs I am thinking of cancelling all airtel connections including dth and mobile.
