In the month of October i applied for fiber broadband from airtel. A guy came and asked for payment and said installation will began after payment . I had queries regarding speed and he refused to answer any of them . I was unable to pay online and hence he took the cash and paid online from his account. On the day the person came for installation said our area doesn’t have fiber connectivity yet and required speed will not be met ( i applied for 50mbps plan and only 16 mbps was available ). I cancelled the installation even before it began or got activated. The guy said my money will be refunded to the account i paid from. I called the guy who took the cash to give me the refund asap he gets it from airtel . Its been more than 2 months i haven’t received my refund of 1700 rupees . The guy who took the cash keeps making excuses and says he is in some gao . Its been a month ,does airtel let their employees for a vacation of morr than a month or what ? I am providing the number lf the guy who is fooling me and not giving my cash back . Please resolve this matter asap and give me a call or something .
