This is regarding my optical fiber broadband complaint for landline number 0121-4003158.
I have raised a request to change my existing broadband plan from Rs499 to Rs799 on 28th April 2021. Till today my plan has not changed. I am contacting customer care every day but they just say to wait for 24 hours everytime. Airtel customer care are adding false information on their system. Today(06/05/2021) i got a call from Airtel at morning 10:30 that they need 24 hrs to resolve my complaint. I asked them what is the technical issue and deadline from resolving my complaint on which they did not had any answer. I denied to wait for another 24 hrs and still in their backend system they updated that i am ready to update for another 24hr which i got to know after calling customer care in evening.
This is a legal matter as Airtel customer care executives are adding false information on which customer has not agreed upon. As proof i have call recording of this instance. Let me know if that is needed.
I don’t understand how much time Airtel needs to change a broadband plan. There is no transparency from customer care as they dont give me a timeline when the plan will finally change.
I hope writing mail to the nodal officer will help in resolving my complaint ASAP.
