Text of Complaint by Pankaj Pathania:

I have applied for new airtel broadband connection on 10th may 2020 but didn’t get any payment receipt or email from airtel side and nothing is reflecting inside airtel thanks app. Support is also not responsive and chat systems not helpfull saying that we can’t assist you. If no one responds by end of the day I will be filling a fraud case against the companycompany.
