Hello Team,
I credit card was charged twice in the month of June 2020 for a single bill where my payment method is on monthly basis. I am using your service for years and it happened for the first time.
Would you please refund my amount quickly. It’s almost impossible to reach any of your customer care services, looks like you make sure people don’t reach you.
I have emailed 5 days back in 121@in.airtel.com but no one responded yet.
