I requested for a broadband connection to my Kasavanahalli, Bangalore address but even after a week no one has called or given connection. It was requested last Wednesday and was supposed to get connection by Thursday. Paid the post paid amount for 3 months in advance on the link yet no response or connection. This is ridiculous.
