My payment credit from previous account (Gurgaon) to new account (Mumbai) has not been done due to technical glitch at Airtel end and now I am asked to pay the bill which ideally should not have been generated for next 8-9 months. I have done everything online and despite that this issue has happened. I have spoken to customer care multiple times incl. supervisors. Even wrote an email to appellate tribunal and nodal officer of Airtel but no one has responded so far.
