Broadband was not working for 24 hrs on 17.3.22 (SR10025334042), again down for 4/5 days from 22.3.21 (SR 10025889825) and then from 5.4.2022 (SR10029085119). I made several calls to their customer service, Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority to no avail – wasting my time to get them on phone. They just kept saying they will look into it…No one ever know what the problem is and no one called me for conveying when will the problem be resolved. Three of our family members were working from home…with such a bad service and frequent and long disruptions, we were not able to work and had to go through lot of work pressure from our employers. As no one contacted till 11.4.2022, i was left with no option but to ask for disconnection by calling their customer care. Even for this, they have asked me to mail disconnection request – which I did. Surprisingly, there was immediate response saying my disconnection request is accepted. It was surprising that even Nodal Officers and Appellate Authorities did not respond to my complaints over phone and email. I kept sending mails to Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority – not a single response or acknowledgement received from them. I fail to understand the purpose of having Nodal and Appellate Authority. I would request compensation for this irresponsible and unprofessional service of Airtel.
