Broadband is not working since 4 days and there is no response from any of the associates. I have been continuously trying since 4 days. I am unable to work at all due to this issue.
There is no response at all.. 15 mins I am on call each time I call the customer service number, it disconnects automatically.
Very pathetic. I understand it is not possible to respond during such situations but there should be some means to contact when there is a major issue.
